Default curse/blood necro weapon

I really want to make my curse/blood necro a really good PvP character.

I need a good weapon/cesta.

And runes?

also any other suggestions

If you have Factions and can get into Vasburg Armory, there is a weapon crafter that can make a HCT/HRT 20% curses wand and a blood wand. Curses wand requires 40 wood, 6 plant fibers and 5k. Blood wand requires 40 bone I believe, 6 plant fiber and 5k.

I just bought the curses wand for my necro when I wanna do SS.
